The Republic of San Marino, a small European state landlocked by Italy, will be celebrating its national day and honorary Consul General Jean Henri Lhuillier held recently an invitational goodwill tennis tournament featuring club teams from the Philippine Columbian Association, Hillsborough Tennis Club, Manila Polo Club, San Juanico Park, Alabang, Palms Tennis Club, and host club Casa Cumbre Monte Club in Calatagan. The San Marino team, anchored by Lhuillier, figured in a 5-5 tie with the visiting teams from Manila.
